If you have purchased any foreign currency or performed money transfer through maxmoney.com and then show us the proof that you could get the same currency for the same date and time at a lower rate on another online money services provider (excluding counter rates), we will reimburse the difference.

If you are yet to transact and can show us screenshot with the order booking details including order date, time, currency, total amount paid or remitted, we will match the rate or beat it.

Submitting a Claim

Please email with below information to hello@maxmoney.com or whatsapp @ 0183258000

• Title: Your MaxMoney Order ID Receipt.
• The receipt/invoice of a successful transaction from the website where you found the better rate.
• You can attach up to three screenshots of the competitor site in which the Order details, Currency, Rate, Total Amount Paid and Order Date and time are clearly indicated.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our "Best Rate Always" Guaranteed applies to online orders only. You must provide us with your MaxMoney order ID to make a claim.

2. The following conditions must apply:

• Same currency
• Same date and time
• The rate must be available for instant confirmation at the time our staff check availability

3. The “Best Rate Always” Guarantee does not apply to loyalty program rewards or unpublished rates, such as:

• Private rates
• Packaged or promotional rates
• Rates that are not available to the general public, which include:
  • Corporate discount rates
  • Any rates requiring membership
  • Loyalty programs
  • Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public

4. MaxMoney has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same type of transaction, currency rate, total amount paid and order date, time and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.

5. Our “Best Rate Always” Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. MaxMoney reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Rate Always” Guarantee at anytime.
